    We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request account deletion.

    How Account Deletion Works

    When you request account deletion, the following process takes place:

    1. Submission: Your deletion request is received and verified.
    2. Processing Period: We begin a 30-day processing window during which your account is deactivated but not yet permanently deleted. During this time, you can reactivate your account by logging in.
    3. Data Removal: After the 30-day period, we permanently delete all your personal information and content from our systems. This includes:
      • Account information (name, email, phone number)
      • Child profiles and associated data
      • Photos and videos you've uploaded
      • Messages and communication history
    4. Confirmation: Once deletion is complete,we'll send a confirmation email to your registered address.

    Important Notes:

    • If you're a parent, deleting your account will remove your access to your child's information but will not affect the childcare provider's records.
    • If you're a childcare provider, you should transfer administrative rights to another staff member before deleting your account to ensure continued service.
    • Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
