About account deletion requests:

  • Once your request has been processed, your personal data including messages and activity history and any current or future daycare access will be deleted within 2 weeks (except for certain information that we are permitted or required by law to retain, as set out in our Privacy Policy).
  • If you are the sole guardian linked to your children, their profiles will be permanently deleted as well.
  • In the future, if you want to use Cria, you will need to create a new account.
  • If you need to communicate with a daycare, please reach out to the perspective service provider.
